At Cut From The Same Cloth, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by your 17TRACK tracking details.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, scents, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we do not accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return/Exchange

- Download and print a prepaid return label, or
- Use your own preferred shipping method
If you choose to use your own method, we recommend selecting a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.
