What does “Made to Order” mean?
Every piece we create is made after you place your order—not before. This means your garment is cut, sewn, and finished just for you in our Seattle studio. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing goes to waste.
Production Time: Please allow 2–4 weeks for us to complete your order before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your item is on the way.
How are you sustainable?
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
- We produce in small batches or made-to-order to avoid overproduction and waste.
- Our garments are made with certified organic fabrics, including GOTS and OEKO-TEX-certified materials.
- We use plastic-free packaging whenever possible.
- Each piece is designed to last—timeless, versatile, and crafted with care.
- All production happens locally in Seattle, keeping our carbon footprint low.

When will my order ship?
Because we make everything to order, our current production time is 2–4 weeks. Once your piece is ready, it will ship via the method you selected at checkout. You’ll receive an email with tracking via17TRACK.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Start your return by clicking here. You’ll be able to choose a prepaid return label or use your own shipping method.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you're located internationally and are interested in ordering, please contact us to see if we can accommodate a custom shipment.
Who makes your clothes?
Every item is handcrafted in Seattle by our small team, led by founder Lauren Remesi—a self-taught designer and patternmaker with a background in art and a deep passion for expressive, ethical fashion.
