Shipping + Returns

Domestic and International

US ORDERS- will ship using usps priority mail and/or UPS.  All orders are processed within 2 business days.  Most items are made to order and will take 1-3 weeks for production based on schedule.  Please contact us with any rush requests. lauren@cutfromsamecloth.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- will ship USPS first class airmail.  

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned packages are the customers responsibility.

CFSC is not responsible for custom fees incurred from importing goods.

Tracking info will be sent once order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 10 days less the shipping charge.  To begin the process please email lauren@cutfromsamecloth.com and we can replace or return the item.  The item must be returned unworn with tags attached to process the return.  We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Please allow up to 2 weeks to process  your return.  You will receive  an email update noticing you of the completed return.  

All custom and sale items are final.
